APPLICATION & REQUIRED DOCUMENTS 

  • Certificate of $1,000,000 general liability insurance
  • Health permit (if selling consumables)
  • 3 photos of products

BOOTH REQUIREMENTS

  • Table: 6' 
  • Hours: 9:00am–2:00pm
  • You provide: All display materials
  • Restrictions: No open flames, no electricity unless requested/paid

QUALITY OF PRODUCTS SBCOC reserves the right to reject any merchant application that does not meet quality or design standards. The Health & Wellness Summit aims to create an exhibition acceptable to the general public. Booths or products that do not match submitted photos may be removed without refund.

SETUP & BREAKDOWN

  • Vehicle drop-off during assigned time only
  • Remove all debris or pay $50 cleaning fee

PARKING

  • Use designated parking areas only (directions in merchant packet)
  • Do NOT park on residential streets (subject to towing)

REFUNDS

  • Booth spaces are non-refundable
  • SBCOC does not guarantee retail sales, weather, or attendance
  • If you cancel, SBCOC will attempt to resell your space
  • Refunds, if space is resold, are at the sole discretion of SBCOC
